| Investment involved & Returns on investment
The investment is divided into four categories as follows:
A. One time expenses

A. One time expenses
1. Territory License:
In order to open & operate US Dollar Store in your Territory
you will be appointed a Franchise of US Dollar Store whereby you will be permitted
to operate US Dollar Store in your Territory. You will be entering into an Agreement
with US Dollar Store, USA/Master Franchise of US Dollar Store, USA for particular
territory after paying Franchise fee.

2. Software & Hardware Supplies, training & setting up of US Dollar Store:
US Dollar Store will be providing you the required hardware, licensed software &
specialized training which will be the backbone of retail wholesale operations.

3. Premises Renovation Charges:
You will require approximately 1000 sq.ft to 4000
sq.ft store space in your territory, which will have to be rennovated according
to US Dollar Store guidance and design

B. Recurring expenses
1. Store-cum-Office
You will be renting the property in case you do not own
it in a prime location to open the US Dollar Store-cum-office
2. Staff Salaries Since most of the work is automated, the requirement of staff
will be mostly in the store to pack & unpack the merchandise & then place it on shelves
in the store.
3. Deliveries Deliveries will be made by trucks from Stockroom to the franchise Store
everyday and the delivery expenses would depend upon the turnover and frequency of
replenishment.
4. Other Expenses We expect Electricity, Telephone Bill etc to be other overheads
which will have to be accounted for.

C. Promotional expenses
The success of the store is on the prices of the products and also depends largely on the
exposure of the store & the concept .The promotion of the US Dollar Store has therefore to
be extensive requiring innovative and imaginative publicity. A common pool will be
contributing to the advertisement. US Dollar Store will be responsible for promoting the
stores at national level from its promotional pool.

D. Working Capital
The working capital requirement in the initial stages will include cost of 2 containers
of merchandise required to commence this business and will also include the Rentals,
Salaries and other overheads for a period of approx. six months.
